1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Creators Corner NG website, attending our events, or participating in our programs (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

These terms apply to all visitors, members, brands, and any other users of the Platform.

2. Membership & Access

Creators Corner NG offers three membership tiers:

• Emerging (Free): Open access to community events, newsletters, and entry-level content. No payment required. No automatic approval; profiles are reviewed before full community access is granted.
• Vetted Pro (Subscription): Paid monthly or annual subscription. Provides full access to the Talent Directory, brand brief matching, Masterclass sessions, and escrow contract protection. Eligibility requires portfolio review and approval by the Creators Corner NG team.
• Premium Elite (Retainer): Premium-tier career management package. Terms are agreed individually upon application.

We reserve the right to decline or revoke membership at our discretion without refund where a member has violated these Terms.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Platform to:

• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your credentials or portfolio
• Harass, threaten, or defame any other member, brand partner, or Creators Corner NG staff
• Share confidential brand briefs or information outside the Platform without explicit written permission
• Circumvent the Platform to arrange brand deals directly, bypassing agreed platform processes
• Post or transmit spam, unlicensed promotional material, or content that infringes third-party rights
• Engage in any activity that disrupts or damages the Platform or its reputation

Violations may result in immediate account suspension and legal action where warranted.

4. Content & Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, design, graphics, logos, and brand assets, is owned by or licensed to Creators Corner NG and is protected under Nigerian and international copyright law.

When you submit portfolio work, testimonials, or other content to the Platform, you grant Creators Corner NG a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and promote that content for the purpose of marketing the Platform and matching you with brand opportunities. You retain full ownership of your work.

Brand materials shared on the Platform remain the property of the respective brand and may not be reproduced without written consent.

5. Payments & Subscriptions

Subscription fees for Vetted Pro and Premium Elite tiers are payable in advance. Payments are processed securely via our designated payment provider (Paystack or Flutterwave). We do not store your payment card details.

Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by Nigerian consumer protection law. If you believe an error has been made, contact us within 7 days of the charge at contact@creatorscorner.ng.

Creators Corner NG may change subscription prices with 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new rate.

6. Brand Matching & Opportunities

Creators Corner NG facilitates introductions between brands and vetted creators but does not guarantee any specific number of brand opportunities, bookings, or revenue. We are not a party to any contract between a creator and a brand unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Where Creators Corner NG provides escrow contract services, separate escrow terms apply and will be provided at the time of service.

7. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. Access to events, sessions, and digital content may be subject to change without notice.

Testimonials and success stories shared on the Platform reflect individual experiences and are not guarantees of similar outcomes.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Nigerian law, Creators Corner NG shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or participation in our programs, including but not limited to loss of income, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.

Our total liability in any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting us at contact@creatorscorner.ng. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Access to paid features ceases upon cancellation.

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms, with or without notice. No refund will be issued on termination for breach.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered members and/or a notice on the Platform. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.
